City of Hickory Fire Chief Thomas Alexander retires after 45 years of combined service
The City of Hickory's Fire Chief Thomas J. Alexander is retiring after 45 years of combined service with two fire departments. Hickory Deputy Fire Chief Fred Hollar has been promoted as the new City of Hickory Fire Chief, beginning October 1, 2012.
